The home design, approached with research in the historical context, results in a new-classic style with quality washed wooden boards and resin/terracotta floors. Vaulted wood-beamed ceilings lend a rustic yet contemporary feel to the interiors. Elements of classic Tuscan grand residential architecture, such as a silhouette defined by clear, square blocks, are combined with contemporary touches, like an open space gym with views over the surrounding valley.

The property can accommodate up to 12 adults and 2 children (2-9 years old), or two extra guests best used for a total of 12 guests. 

There are 12 metres to reach the house from the parking spot. There are no stairs to get to the main door of the property, which features 2 levels The swimming pool is accessed through 12 stairs (lower level).

We also recommend the traditional La Bottega del 30, in a tiny village in the middle of some of the finest terroir in the Classic Chianti region and it is in a rustic stone farmhouse which gives the feeling of dining in someone's home. There is no written menu and the chef will explain the options of the 3 set course herself.
