What our clients say

Description

The interiors are decorated in modern style, top designer furniture and an extra touch of elegance. On both sides of the house, there are two stone courtyards, which are used as an outdoor lounge, with direct access from the trullo, furnished with sofas, tables, sun umbrellas and TV. A typical marquis scrubland oasis with more than 800 trees surrounds the villa: secular olive, almond, fig trees, plum and walnut trees. The swimming pool is decorated entirely with cobalt blue mosaics. Contemporary; relaxing; luxurious: this property is an ancient mansion made of 11 Trulli (small round house with a conical roof) in the heart of the Salento region, very close to Ostuni and Alberobello, just twenty minutes from Brindisi airport and minutes from the white shores of the Adriatic coast, has been completely renovated in 2011. The main house is surrounded by Apulian countryside that fades into the sea. Inside there are four bedrooms, three bathrooms and three living rooms. The property access road is merely 1 km away from the main road and it’s in good condition.

The “heel of Italy's boot," Apulia is a charming region that can be visited all year round and is suspended among nature, history, tradition, tastes and spirituality.

A number of close-by restaurants and trattorias serve organic, local cuisine. We recommend Macelleria Iurlario for local food, in San Michele Salentino, Italia. As many typical restaurants in this area, is located inside of a butchery. Wonderful raw meat selection perfect for meat “carpaccio”. A simple place where the flavour of the Salento tradition can be tasted. L’Essenza, in San Michele Salentino, an elegant fish restaurant. For a special night, drive to Al Trabucco, a rough jewel of the recovery set on the rocky ridge of San Nicola. An outdoor, rustic and welcoming environment, built with woods recovered after storm surges, buoys, nets, old memorabilia and fishing tools. It is one of the best maintained wooden giants of the entire promontory and is still used for fishing for mullet and blue fish following the traditional exposed method.
