Passing the main gate, five green terraces open up on each side of the central stone staircase leading up to the master house. The second floor layout is very similar to the first, with a central, wood-lined reading area, and two double bedrooms on each side, both with a walk-in shower bathroom.

While the room facing the west overlooks the gardens, the room facing the east enjoys mesmerizing panoramas of Dubrovnik's Old Town.
