Our Villa Sylvia is located in the small and quiet village of Tal-Vabriga on the western coast of Istria. The hustle and bustle of the tourist heart of Istria, Porec and the picturesque, hilly landscapes of the region are only a few minutes’ drive away. Also the clear, dark blue water of the Adriatic Sea with its vivid stone beaches awakes holiday feelings and is only a few minutes' walk away.


Wood is the dominant material in the stylish interior of Villa Sylvia. As a constant element various wood details and furniture give the rooms a pleasant harmony and ensure well-being in every corner of the villa. Enjoy a glass of wine on the rooftop terrace with sea view or a cozy dinner on the large terrace with an outdoor barbecue area. The spacious pool with lounging area is ideal for a cozy get-together and gives you a perfect holiday experience!

On the ground floor there is the open plan living area. Many elements in the kitchen and bathroom are made out of wood - for example the kitchen island and the bathtub. A large wooden bookshelf, a satellite TV and a modern, grey couch set turn the living area into a cosy oasis - a combination of natural materials and functionality. Two beautiful chests of drawers refine and complete the elegant look of the living area. The glass banisters and circular windows in the walls create an interesting, transparent appearance.

On the first floor you will finde the two bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. The "Master Bedroom" with a spacious wardrobe and an "En Suite" bathroom has windows on three sides, giving the feeling of being in a castle dome. Further one of the bedrooms has direct access to the garden and pool area via a separate external staircase.

We are especially proud of the rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a refreshing drink or a glass of wine while admiring the sea view and the surroundings.

Villa Sylvia offers you a private swimming pool and a large terrace with an outdoor barbecue and two parking spaces.
Satellite TV, WIFI, and modern air conditioning are available in all living areas. Furthermore 2 bicycles are available in our Villa Sophia.

Upon request and at an additional charge dogs are also welcome in our Villa Sylvia.
