Peeniwalli is a private and fully staffed 4 bedroom villa right on the beach on the South Coast of Jamaica in Treasure Beach. Serving up six miles of coral-colored beaches, gem-like private coves, rocky shores and lush waterfalls, Treasure Beach is true to its name. 

Peeniwalli Villa can be rented either as a 4 bedroom villa or it can also be connected to the adjacent Steppa Villa with an additional 3 bedrooms to create one grand 7 bedroom villa.  

Design
Pure and uniform, Peeniwalli’s white and neutral toned appearance balances against a spellbinding backdrop of blue sky, rolling sea and lush vegetation. The colors come from living. It’s in the furniture and people, nature and the outdoors, rather than paint or over adorned architecture. 
 
The Rooms
Peeniwalli’s four bedrooms spill out onto shaded balconies over an open-air central staircase that unites the villa’s private quarters and central gathering spots. The curved geometry of textured concrete winds gently throughout the villa bringing a softness to the architecture that feels calming and airy. Rooms flow naturally from indoor to outdoor and a family-sized kitchen and living room make it easy to accommodate small or large groups.

The Pool

With its own pool connected to an outdoor dining and lounge area, Peeniwalli can be rented on its own or along with Steppa villa – another home in the Kotch collection located on the same property.

Starlight (Master Bedroom)
Master bedroom with King-sized bed and 360 degree views of ocean and mountains. French doors open up to a wrap-around balcony with an outdoor shower. AC, fans, flat screen tv and full ensuite bathroom with private area.

Dragonfly (Room 2)
Master with King-sized bed, AC, fan, flat screen tv, full ensuite bathroom and French doors that open to an ocean-facing wrap around verandah with an outdoor shower floating above a canopy of trees.

Firefly (Room 3)
Softly curved walls cooled by the shading of the outdoor pergola. Master with King-sized bed, AC, fan, flat screen tv. Ocean-facing balcony and semi-outdoor shower; full ensuite bathroom.

Sweet Tree (Room 4)
Ocean-facing patio shaded by the leaves of a sweet tree. Full-sized bed, AC, fan, flat screen tv and full ensuite bathroom.
